Incredibly painful wax. Missed lots, I pointed some out and they said there was no hair there. DOUBLE DIPPED THE WHOLE TIME. Room was unclean. Booked a hot wax but most was strip wax. Asked me to come early, made me wait. Nice lady, BAD wax.
