Very disappointed. Was told to sit down & given some cards to choose Polish from. Manicure/Pedicure took the allotted time & was basic but fine. At the end was told they’d given me gel rather than normal Polish which I’d booked & that I would have to pay extra or sit down & have it all removed & replaced with normal Polish. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to do that & had assumed I’d get what I booked for & was never asked about gel. They then got v irate & told me to leave. Very mortifying
