They didn’t really acknowledge me when I walked in. And they didn’t give me the colours to look at until she was actually sitting down to do my nails which meant I was rushed to look for a colour. The staff didn’t interact with me at all - they were just speaking amongst themselves. (which is fine) but I would have liked a little more customer service. Being honest it’s pretty much like any other nail shop on the high street.
