Very disappointing first experience at The Orchid Studio. I booked through Treatwell and genuinely believed the payment had already been processed during booking. After the treatment, instead of calmly explaining the payment process, staff repeatedly said “no pay”, blocked access and locked the door while pressuring me to pay again. The whole situation was stressful, embarrassing, and handled very unprofessionally. Poor communication and poor customer service overall. Would not recommend.
