Always very welcoming. This is the first time I've had to wait as they were busy with less people then normally. You're normally seen very quickly. However, they apologised for the delay.

Fabulous hot stone massage, my therapist was strong! The salon was very noisy which I guess was to be expected, even though I booked the latest appointment I could get hoping it wasn’t so busy - so it was hard to zone out and fully let myself go. But I can’t fault the massage itself, and my therapist was delightful.
