This place has potential to be good, but they accept every walk in so even if you booked an appointment you don’t get seen on time. Which means the staff end up rushing to fit everyone in. Sadly this meant that my pedicure wasn’t great. No cuticle work was done and the gel polish application was sloppy and applied very thick. I didn’t feel like there was a point saying anything because they were so busy and I don’t like to make people feel like they haven’t done a good job. I left disappointed.
I had three different therapists working on my pedicure. Whilst the treatment, massage and care of my nails was good the application of the varnish was poor. Having three different therapists might be good time management for the salon it makes you feel as if you're on a production line so not really a personal experience. Mine was just an ordinary pedicure. £25 may not seem expensive but it is when they can't even apply the varnish properly - the very essence of a pedicure.
