I booked this massage at short notice via the online facility and chose the therapist who had positive previous reviews. I was not disappointed. Sadee was friendly and provided a good deep tissue massage - much needed. The receptionist was friendly on arrival (I was early) and invited me to make myself comfortable on the sofa - I was offered a glass of water whilst I waited. My only criticism (nobody's fault in the salon) is that the walls are not soundproof so at times I could hear chit chat
