Miracle work! my hair is a thick Bob, over died and frazzled ends. Shampoo smelt great and I recognised it as Matrix. I asked for a straight cut Bob with a straight and flat as possible finish. Katie understood what I meant and was meticulous at making sure my cut was level. she applied various products from GHD heat protection to Matrix products and Morrocan oil before blow drying. So many times Ive had my hair cut in salons and they blow dry without any protection and my hair leaves in worse condition from heat damage! my ends were levelled using a clipper to get the straight bob i was after. she was a perfectionist but didn't take ages. Katie was lovely and our conversation wasnt the superfical standard of "holidays". Once straightened, my hair looked like it had had a treatment course and was the smoothest it's ever been. Instagram-slow mo worthy! Over the next 3 days my hair remained so smooth and straight(-ish) it didn't really need brushing. As someone who has had cuts done by headmasters and vidal sassoon and used various salon quality products this experience trumped the lot! As I used the treatwell app for the 1st time as well as off peak discount the price was unbeatable. I'm now on a mission to purchase and recreate the miracle blend of products Katie had used and will be booking in again very soon. Thank you!
