I came away feeling my expectations were exceeded - great care is taken with the cut, finish and the hairdressers are confident and very good so it is easier to relax.
Carl cut my hair - this is the second time. His advice was fantastic and he completely understood a hairloss problem I was experiencing and was generous with knowledge and he knew what he was talking about and this really put me at ease. I was very impressed. This also made a massive difference to how I felt leaving the salon - as I knew he understood and I probably wouldn't have gone to another hairdresser. I was encouraged to try different looks and this got me out of a rut- (I badly needed this!!!) I can't remember the last time a hairdresser has taken the trouble like this.
You need a great hairdresser if you have a hair issue and I can't recommend this salon highly enough. I have had my hair cut by a few stylists there over the years, all great cuts and I also had colour in the past - I enjoy going there. I find the staff lovely, place is down to earth and the price is very good for the quality of hairdressing which is excellent.
No negatives.
