Went into the salon for a few layers putting in my hair , was very clear didn’t want short layers . I came out and cried , my hair looks awful , she has took way too much out off my hair , it looked really healthy when I walk in and I walked out with hair that looks uneven and very choppy. Nothing like the picture I showed her . Absolutely gutted .
I chose this salon for the good reviews . I would never go back .

Enjoyed my hair cut by Steph. She listened , helped by looking at pictures online and I left with a fresh cut👍 The couple of coffees and biscuits were also appreciated.
