Really lovely girl who made me feel welcome and we chatted as we went along. She asked me all about how I wanted my hair and that was good. However, getting home I noticed that my hair was longer at one side and also my fringe. It’ll be ok in a week and I’ll tweak it but yeah can’t give 5*
