I've been go here years, really disappointed. They keep changing the hairdresser I see, my colour was done with Grey's still showing, I specifically asked to be covered.
I had to revisit to have the colour done because of poor coverage and was made to feel I was at fault. I made out I was happy when they had finished due to time constraints. I feel, they don't listen to the brief.
