Katie is amazing, she really does know my hair and what I want before I walk through the door. She is always thinking ahead to the next style, cut, colour. She is the absolute epitome of professionalism whilst being friendly and attentive at the same time. I have never had a stylist like her before, in that she knows what will suit me, what I want before I do.
