Fortunately I managed to have my appointment just before lockdown and I have to say that the salon staff were brilliant in ensuring that the salon was repeatedly cleaned after every customer. I received excellent customer service (which I always do) no matter how busy they are or what challenges they might face. So sorry that recent circumstances have meant that you have to temporarily close but I will be back as soon as the time is right again xx
