Katie is brilliant and really knows what she is talking about.
I had not had my hair cut since the end of February so there was a lot to deal with and my hair was really long and thick (rather like a rug on my head). However, Katie worked her magic with my cut and highlights and I ended up leaving the salon feeling like a million dollars.
The set up at the salon was really straight forward and Carl had done a brilliant job of making the place safe which was a comforting thought.
