First hair cut and colour since lockdown. Can't praise the salon enough! The professionalism shown in keeping their customer safe was excellent. They kept apologising which I said don't worry were all just happy to be back! Katie as always was brilliant and like having a chat with an old friend whilst relaxing! Well done all round you really got this nailed!

I visited a couple of weeks after the salon had re-opened it was extremely clean, everything was clearly signposted, it still had the same ambience and professionalism it always has. Katie as always was very attentive, tuned into my cut, thinking about the next cut and what we can do. She advised about colours and highlights with such enthusiasm and made me feel the most important person she had seen that day. Katie never disappoints both with style and colour.
