This was my first appointment for 6 months so my hair was in a bit of a mess! But Katie & I discussed what was best and what I would like and I am happy with the result. The salon was safety conscious and I felt comfortable at all times.

Knowing Carl I expected everything to be safe and hygienic, however it exceeded my expectations and I felt very reassured. After 5 months it was great to get back to having my hair done by an expert again. Good perm as usual
