Very helpful and friendly, listens to what you say. Explains what she is doing. Very knowledgeable with styles all ways smiling and chatting. Takes time with your hair making sure you’re happy with the style and colour

I was lucky enough to finally have the Balayage I've been wanting for a while thanks to Steph. She's looked after my hair for years and with her help and guidance my hair was finally strong enough. I spent years trying to find a hairdresser I could rely on and now I won't go anywhere else!
