The team have worked so hard and gone beyond to make sure customers and staff are save. So good to be back and get my hair cut. Felt totally save and welcomed. Fortunately I managed to have my appointment just before lockdown and I have to say that the salon staff were brilliant in ensuring that the salon was repeatedly cleaned after every customer. I received excellent customer service (which I always do) no matter how busy they are or what challenges they might face. So sorry that recent circumstances have meant that you have to temporarily close but I will be back as soon as the time is right again xx
