The service felt very rushed. The wash was rough with some scratching and hair pulling, didn’t feel nice at all. The haircut was also rushed and I felt like they just wanted me out the door as soon as possible as I only booked a wet haircut this time. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted but when I got home and took a better look it looked nothing like what I said I wanted. It also says here the service includes hair drying which I didn't get. I went home with dripping wet hair.
