Katie was very knowledgable and knows hair! It was our first visit and she made us feel welcome as did all the staff. She listened to my children and myself on how we wanted our hair, gave us great tips and advice and guidance to achieve what she knew would be good for us. We will definitely be going back, my children are already booked in!
