I was really nervous about planning a radical change, Katie was recommended to me, I found her so friendly and knowledgeable she immediately put me at my ease. She took the time to go through every step of the colouring process, what would look best with my skin tones. On the day of my appointment Katie went through everything with me again to make sure I was happy, she even talked me through after care and styling. I love my new look! Katie is amazing
