The attention from start to finish was first class. From the junior, Ruby, washing my hair paying particular attention to my extra needs due to limited movement of my neck. To Carl top stylist who instantly knows what is best for your hair, giving knowledgeable but friendly advice and his hair blow-drying just blows you away. Fabulous.
