Katie is professional. She is skilled In both her roles as a hair dresser and in her capacity as a manager. Katie’s interpersonal skills are impressive including her kindness towards all her customers. Katie and the team never fail to go ‘above and beyond’ to make sure my visit from start to finish is a positive experience, hence why I keep returning. Lovely relaxed atmosphere too.
