Lucy was lovely. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted but she listened and gave me options of what we could do. we came up with a plan and I'm looking forward to my next visit. I felt totally comfortable in the salon and with Lucy.

Great as always, colour looks wonderful and I feel so much better for it! Lovely balance of friendly chat and time to read my book which was so nice. Would recommend this place and especially Steph!
