Therapist didn't turn up. I was sat waiting (on worn out garden furniture) for 20 minutes whilst the receptionist phoned around trying to see where she was. It was at this point that I instigated a refund.
If you're looking for a place with ambience and a spa experience then this isn't it.

The treatment was great, she listened to what I asked for and it was really good value for money. The spa itself is very basic, not a relaxing spa day kind of feel, but I was looking for some muscle and joint work during my half marathon training so very good for that!

I had not realised that I had booked a massage which included the practitioner climbing up on the bed and walking/leaning on me! It was amazing and one of the best massages I have ever had. I will definitely go again.
