Everyone was very lovely but the treatment I received, although relatively relaxing, was not an Indian head massage. I wasn't spoken to at all before the treatment began so it felt incredibly impersonal. I would also say that having a large security monitor on in the treatment room was quite distracting and gave off a large amount of unnatural light.
