I was a bit disappointed this time around, as the massage therapist seemed a bit aggressive and less gentle than the one I got last time. Also she kept opening the door and going in & out of the room to fetch towels while I was lying down right next to the door which didn’t feel super comfortable.

We paid for an hour massage and they included the 5 min before while you undress and 5 min after while you dress again in the 60 min time frame. The massage was okay, the price is good for london. We were also offered to share a room and agreed until we saw how cramped it was and realized it was so they could have space for another client. Overall not very happy.
