I was happy with the conditioning treatment - however within minutes I was being told that I needed my roots doing and that would be an extra £50 plus another £10 for a blow dry. Fair enough, my roots do need doing but that wasn’t why I came in and I felt uncomfortable being immediately upsold another treatment. The hair wash wasn’t relaxing at all - they managed to get shampoo and water in my ears and when the treatment was being applied flicks of it ended up on my forehead. I have given it three stars as I was happy with the overall result (including the blow dry) but I couldn’t wait to get out of the salon to be honest.
Upon arrival, I was advised that I needed to pay £25 extra from the booking as my hair was judged as slightly thick and longer. However the length of my hair is still above my shoulder. I was also advised the treatment will be using better products and will give me better result.
I was then led to wash my hair which i rate 5 out of 10 as I got some water splashes over my face and water nearly gets into my ears...I think It could be better as I received better treatment before on other saloon. The Brazilian treatment it self is quite quick. takes about 45 minutes from the momenet I got my hair washed.
After 2 days I washed my hair and still got them quite straight but i can feel it is slightly dry than the one I did with other saloon previously.
It was my first visit to the saloon but I don't think I will be back as there are better service saloon asking for the same price in London.
