Really liked my blow dry. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and I was very happy with the end result!

The staff are nice and friendly so all the comments below are only in respect of the treatment alone and has absolutely nothing to do with the staff who have tried to provide me with the best service.
To begin with, the treatment in fact is not Janpanese straightening! the saloon has changed it to X ten so(which is not a type of Japanese straightening) but the website has failed to reflect this.
X-tendon has total different procedures compared to Japanese straightening and takes significantly less time.However, I have slight concerned over how long the effect could last. I have waited three days and washed my hairs twice to see the effect and I could already see some of the hairs (specifically the ends) are reverting back to become a bit frizzy(of course still much better before the treatment)but this just makes one wonder how long the effect could last.
Don't get me wrong,the staff are great and I do enjoy the service,but it's always a disppintment when you are prepared for onething but received another. I thought it would be helpful to flag the information mismatch so as to help other people to avoid potential misunderstanding.
