I had a Brazilian Keratin blow-dry instead of the L`Oreal X-Tenso, this is because my hairdresser really cared for my hair and advised me that because I have had a previous straight perm it may damage my hair more, I was well-informed about the difference between a straight perm and a Keratin blow dry (which will be more moisturising and it's chemical-free). Everyone was very smiley and welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing especially after a stressing long day in the office. I was in safe hands and felt very very happy with the outcome of my new beautiful hair. I will definitely recommend this lovely salon and will be revisiting soon!! 5/5
