Within 3 days, 3 of my BIABs have broken. I paid an extra £10 on top of the cost of the infills for a manicure which was a cuticle trim and nothing else (no cuticle pushing or oil or anything), so I can't recommend unfortunately.

This was not a pleasant experience. The nail tech was not particularly diligent, leaving exposed nail and jagged edges. He then clipped his own fingernails at the counter while my BIAB was drying, using an unsanitized pair of clippers that will then be used on other customers. The attention to detail and cleanliness has been slipping over my last few visits. I come here because it is convenient to my work, but I may try a new shop after this.
