Booked a luxury pedicure but it didn’t feel luxury at all. The therapist applied a random face mask to my calves and that was it. The person next to me had a better experience on a regular pedicure. The polish was sheer and patchy—she rushed it and applied the third coat on top of the top coat. It chipped badly within days. I gave her the benefit of the doubt as it was a hot day, but this was the second poor experience. My feet looked worse than before within weeks.

Really disappointing pedicure. The therapist was rude, uninterested and didn’t help me choose a colour. She barely removed any hard skin, and I had to keep asking her to do more. The polish was rushed, messy and already chipped within days. This was my second time with her and both times were poor. It felt like she didn’t want to be there. Won’t be returning.
