Was a terrible experience. 30 minutes late on my appointment time even though I was there 15 minutes prior. Constantly talking and messing about rather than getting the job done even though I told them I was running late cause of them. I was so upset with the experience I left with no colour and yet they still charged me full price for gel colour over biab. Completely unacceptable.
