Overall, experience was good, however not pleased with how my toenails were cut and shaped. Technician did not complement the natural shape of my toenails (square) but rounded them unevenly and little toes are cut to different lengths. A bit worried that this luxury pedicure may lead to ingrown or impacted big toes. I’m usually used to technician actually aware and do it to a good standard without being told, or ask your opinion before they start. BIAB tech however was very good, no complaints!
