BIAB was done well and I was happy with the service in January. Recently however (April) I would say things have slipped and I will not be returning. There's no point choosing who you want to do your nails, they give you whoever they want.

Nails chipped within a couple of days. As my recent experience shows, not good customer service. An inexperienced person dealt with my nails and forgot to dry them.

Not impressed. I've been coming here for over a year now and the last two times I had BIAB done, my nails chipped in a couple of days. Today I had them removed & Polish done over. My nails were not dried between layers & are bobbly. Won't return.
