I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience at Nail Lounge was very disappointing, mainly because of the hygiene standards.
As a healthcare professional, hygiene is something I pay close attention to. The tools used during my pedicure did not appear to be disposable, which was concerning. My old polish was removed using an e-file, my nails were shaped with an e-file, and a very abrasive metal file was used aggressively on the soles of my feet. The overall treatment did not
