First time at The Nail Lounge - live in Essex but was staying with my daughter in Chiswick. Hands down the best mani/pedi I have ever had. Incredibly thorough. No rush to get you out - in fact, they insisted that I stay an extra 10 minutes to make sure the polish was dry (normal polish not shellac). The technician was incredibly precise and accurate - no accidental nips or scrapes with the tools. I know I shouldn't say this but I was even more impressed that this was a guy!! I'll be back!!
