I booked an appointment for Sat lunch. It was really busy, but the team did everything to see me on time, which was good, I was with a lovely technician called Lin, really fun and very good at her job. Took lots of time to choose colours and made sure I was happy with the service and the shape of my nails, the colour and gave me clear instructions re infills and coming back etc. Enjoyed my time there, but maybe I will go at a less busy time next time, as I prefer a more relaxed vibe.
