Fantastic thorough pedicure here. Much different to cosmetic beauty rub and polish in other expensive salons. They chat you through it (if you're into that kinda thing) to go through the process. Lush surroundings and free smoothie taster a welcome treat.
The experience didn't match the expectation I had when I saw how nicely the shop has been done out. I would prefer practitioner to be assertive/confident in giving me advice eg type polish I chose and drying times. I pointed out the polish was so heavy it had sagged but was told it was the light. The application was also far too heavy so would take hours to dry which I thought there would have been time allowed and a drying method - I should have been advised to have an instant/UV drying polish as by time I got to car it was ruined and I had to remove polish and re-do myself when I got home. The girl did a very good job of tidying up my cuticles but it was very uncomfortable and a bit heavy handed.
Also, Wahanda did not offer the 'offer' the shop does so, had I gone in directly, it would have been cheaper.
So, very nice shop and staff/girl, but the treatment was 3/10.
Lovely - more of a nail spa! The team were all lovely and very friendly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
