My nail chipped quite quickly, and the polish wasn’t applied all the way to the cuticle. However, when I returned, Vanessa kindly reapplied the polish. After a little persuasion, she took the time to make sure everything was perfect before I left. I really appreciate her effort and the excellent customer service. Thank you!
