second time here and I loved my nails. only issue is I had several cuts on fingers from the electric file so was sore for a few days.

second visit now, my 9yr old daughter had a manicure and normal varnish and she loved the experience. I had infills and gel polish I love my nails but had quite a few cuts on different fingers from the electric file so was sore for a few days.

Booked and payed via Treatwell, but was notified last-minute it was rescheduled. When I called, they didn’t explain why. I had to wait 40 minutes past my scheduled time, and it was frustrating to see walk-ins get served faster. Also had to grab my own coat at the end. However, the quality of my nails was excellent and exactly what I wanted. I hope the salon works on improving communication and time management for a smoother experience next time.
