Really disappointed with this salon. We had an appointment but still waited an hour to be seen. The manicure was rushed and badly done. Uneven shape, rough finish and patchy polish. There was nail polish left on my skin and, when I complained, they scraped it off with an abrasive nail file. For the time we spent, I expected much better.

This was my first time visiting as this is a new salon. They welcomed me with a menu of a selection of drinks which was much appreciated.
Unfortunately there were some staff absences so there was quite a delay, however the host tried his best to keep everyone happy. I am very happy with my nails and they were done with precision and care. There’s also a great selection of colours, can’t wait to visit and try a pedicure.
It would be great if those who book could get a text in advance of delay
