Was made wait 20 minutes just like last time, the person that had to do my manicure showed up after this time. , I had an appointment and had to leave in time but I left late for this reason. My instructions about what I wanted were completely ignored as I left with super long nails when I asked for shorter ones. I asked if the work could by finished by 5:30 as I had to leave was told yes but then I was late. Went back home and cut my nails shorter after spending 60£. Never again
