Love the nails but disappointed.. was told last time that around my third Gel X infill, I might need a new set, so I booked that. Asked the lady (not sure who it was) if she thinks an infill would still be ok and she didn't say anything, just started doing an infill. Got to the end and was told flat out by someone else that I don't get a refund for the £15 difference. I would have just got a new set or at least got chrome or nail art had I been told that before I was leaving.
