Always a pleasure and a lovely salon. There is also the cutest dog in there too!
Not great time management with too many people booked in, staff are okay and do a fine job but did seem like they were annoyed the whole time which made things uncomfortable. I was cut by the nail technician and was bleeding with not much done about it so chemicals went into the cut and was painful, not terrible but not great!
Manicure was fine until I was left with hands under hot air for 25 minutes while the manicurist did a full gel set for someone else without saying a word about how long I’d be waiting. Eventually someone else said I was done and closed me out. Within five minutes of leaving my nails were dented because the polish hadn’t set properly, even after ages under hot air! By the time I got home the polish was still soft and the manicure was ruined. Had to remove the polish already.
Really poor. Not only did the nail tech make my finger bleed a lot, he tried to fix it by using the drill on it. I had to ask him to stop and wait for the blood to stop. It’s been 6 days and 3 of my nails have already chipped. I have never had this issue before with gels. Waste of money.
Just a very nice experience and beautiful nails
