Amazing as always; my nails came out perfect. Love this place!

Great BIAB infill done with attention to detail. The only thing not great is that shellac colour I chose looked very different on me than the swatch and when I brought this up the technician was reluctant to remove and repaint. I am not happy with the second colour either as it looks completely different from the swatch but did not feel like I could ask to change again.

I booked the Luxury Pedicure for my heavily pregnant partner. She felt it didn’t meet the advertised standard or justify the cost. There was a lack of consideration—for example, no help with flip-flops, which she struggles with. The 45-minute service included 15 minutes of just waiting for nails to dry, and the heel treatment felt incomplete. Best to buy a more simple package so expectations are met.
