i decided to add chrome, they charged me 15£ without telling me beforehand. I woke up this morning with the chrome already ruined. I called and asked to do something about it, maybe a refund or to get my nails done again. They told me to be there around 3pm,only to present myself at the salon and been told to go back the day after at noon. I will not go back, i don’t have time to waste(angela wasn’t my technician)

I had a mani and pedi (no colour). I was really happy with the mani-shape and clean. My pedi could have been better. The shape wasnt what I wanted and I had to come home and reshape them/cut shorter. The clean (cuticles and removal of skin) was really good though. I will try one more time and see if its worth it.
