They were really nice but one nail chipped after a week and two nails fell off after 2 weeks. Would’ve expected the SNS to last better and for longer, bit disappointing

I got my nails done and that was good, quick and nice service. I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, but when I got home, I realised she waxed my eyebrow over the shape line, leaving me with a bald patch. I had used this service before and it went great, I am not sure what happened this time, I think it might have been the lighting as I didn't notice it on the spot but only later when I saw myself in proper lighting.

The space for eyebrow threading didn’t work, as lightbulb was out of order.
The space is tight and they don’t seem to take care of it well enough. I don’t see they actually ensure the equipment used for manicure was cleaned properly before they used it on new client. For the fee they charge, this is not the quality I’d expect. I won’t come back and not recommend this to anyone.
