The place and staff are not the most inviting but the person that did my nails (Ken) was such a pro. My nails looked amazing afterwards and he was very gentle. Usually I always have some sort of scratch by the end but my hands looked perfect and he really looked after me. The one thing I would say is that it is definitely not a hand care/ treatment manicure. It is literally just the nail work. Nothing wrong with that, but important to know.
