Not great. Appointment started 15 minutes late. Room was tiny and cramped and not clean (old hair on the bed and stains). She double dipped all the wooden sticks which was gross. Also seemed to ‘dab’ at the hair to remove it instead of just doing a strip. Didn’t use any oil after to remove the wax so I left with wax still on my legs. Wouldn’t recommend
